1. Information We Collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the message you send, appointment and service preferences, and any photos you upload with a consultation request (for example, your current hair and inspiration photos).
Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, our analytics and advertising tools collect technical and usage data such as IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site, clicks, the website or ad that referred you, and ad click identifiers (such as Google’s gclid).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to consultation and appointment requests, provide and plan salon services, follow up with you, understand how visitors use the site, measure and improve our advertising, prevent spam and abuse, and send promotions only if you ask to receive them.
3. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage, including when a consultation request is successfully submitted. We use Google Ads to advertise, and Google Analytics data (including that a consultation request occurred) is shared with our Google Ads account to measure ad results and, in some cases, to show our ads to people who have previously visited the site (remarketing). You can limit this tracking by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or adjusting your Google ad settings.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share limited information only with service providers who help us run the website, email, analytics and advertising (such as our web host and Google), when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety. Consultation photos are used only to plan your service and are not published without your permission.
5. Data Retention
We keep inquiry and client information as long as needed to respond to you, provide services and keep reasonable business records. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
6. Your Choices

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or online transmission is completely secure.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Appointments for minors are arranged with a parent or guardian.

Submitting the consultation form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly. You agree that information and photos you submit are accurate and yours to share, and you allow us to use them to respond to your request and plan your service.

Text, photos, graphics and logos on this site belong to LivforCOLOR or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
5. Acceptable Use
Please do not misuse the site, including sending spam, attempting to break into or disrupt it, or submitting unlawful or harmful content.
